Home Delivery

Roeliff Jansen Community Library now offers Home Delivery Services to homebound patrons living in Ancram, Copake, and Hillsdale.

Here’s how this new service works: library staff select books and other library materials for you based on your reading, viewing, and listening preferences. Library materials are delivered to you every two weeks by a library staff member or library volunteer. The new service begins March 1, 2021, and deliveries take place every two weeks on Thursday afternoons.

What can be ordered/delivered?

  • Large and regular print books

  • Audiobooks

  • Music CDs

  • DVDs

  • Magazines

  • Great Courses

Who is eligible for this service?

This free service is available on a short-term or long-term basis for library patrons who are unable to visit the library due to physical or visual disability, a long-term illness, or caregiver responsibilities.
