Spring Amphibian Workshop
Saturday, March 14
2:00 p.m.
March may come in like a lion and go out like a lamb, but for us, this month is all about the amphibians. Learn about the ones that live in Taconic State Park and around, how to identify them, and how we can positively impact them. Lay the foundation for a lifetime of amphibian appreciation or just quell the natural curiosity around these little creatures. This program will be presented by Hayley Sylvan, Educator & Program Coordinator at Taconic State Park. Geared for ages 9 and up, but all ages welcome. Please note: No live animals will be involved in this program. Event is free.
Registration encouraged, call the library at 518-325-4101 or email director@roejanlibrary.org. Please bring a writing implement & notepad if you’d like to take notes.
