In-Person Service and Curbside Pickup

Staff are ready to welcome the public back, behind our new safety shield built for us by Bob Callahan. Thank you, Bob!

The library is open! We also offer curbside pickup for those who prefer it. Seven public computers are available for patron use.

Seating areas are now open, magazines are available for browsing, and some toys have been returned to the children’s area. We will encourage social distancing, however.

Masks are required for all patrons, regardless of vaccination status. Social distancing is also required for anyone who is not fully vaccinated. We are following NYS Health Department guidance, which “strongly recommends masks and six feet of social distancing in indoor settings where vaccination status of individuals is unknown.”

Anyone experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or is awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test, or who has been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days or is awaiting test results is asked not to enter the library. Patrons may—but are not required to—sign in on our visitor log for contact tracing purposes.

Open hours are:

Monday: 10:00-5:00
Tuesday: 10:00-5:00
Wednesday: 10:00-5:00
Thursday: 10:00-8:00
Friday: 10:00-5:00
Saturday: 10:00-4:00
Sunday: Closed

We are committed to protecting the health and safety of our staff and our community while providing needed services. We ask your help in this by maintaining proper social distancing, wearing a mask when required in the library, and practicing good hand washing and using hand sanitizer.
