| This only known
photograph of the Black Grocery was taken by an itinerant photographer
in the 1870's. At the far right is Ida Norma Haywood, the present
Mrs. Ida Pulver of Hillsdale, Standing in the center are Mr, and
Mrs. Norman Haywood, proprietors of the grocery and Ida's parents, while
at the far left is a well dressed house guest from Hudson, a Mrs.
